About the service

SPNStudio is operated by Enis Turkmen, based in Istanbul, Türkiye, referred to as “we” in these terms. Contact us at sellerpartnernetwork@spnstudio.com.

The portal provides invited business users with tools for shop administration, design assignment and delivery, and order coordination. These terms describe use of the portal. Separate written agreements govern design licenses, product purchases, fulfillment services, prices, payments, and other commercial arrangements. Where a separate agreement addresses a specific commercial matter, that agreement governs that matter.

Accounts and authorized use

Access is by invitation. Use accurate account information, protect your sign-in and recovery credentials, and use only accounts and shops you are authorized to manage. If you act for a business, you must have authority to do so. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your role and access grants determine the records and actions available to you. Declaring a shop does not by itself establish ownership or grant access to its business records.

Do not bypass access controls, use another person's credentials, interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, or submit unlawful content. Provide personal information and business records only when you have authority to do so for the relevant purpose.

Google Drive and external services

Google Drive connection is optional. Automated delivery requires you to connect an account you are authorized to use and approve the requested file access. You are responsible for choosing the correct account, managing its sharing permissions, and maintaining sufficient storage.

Delivery can be delayed or interrupted by revoked permissions, storage limits, provider outages, or other errors. An assignment is not proof of completed delivery; check the delivery status. You can disconnect Drive through Account settings. Files already delivered remain in your Drive unless you delete them there.

Google and other external services are also subject to their own applicable terms. SPNStudio is not Google or Etsy and does not act on their behalf.

Designs and content

Making a design available in the portal does not itself transfer copyright or grant rights beyond the applicable design license or written business agreement. Assignment records describe operational allocation and are not a substitute for those agreements. Do not redistribute, resell, or use designs in ways your applicable agreement does not permit.

Content you submit may be stored, processed, and transmitted as necessary to provide the service and carry out authorized workflows. This operational permission does not transfer ownership of your content to us.

Orders and fulfillment

Review customer information, addresses, specifications, production notes, and tracking details before submitting or using them. The portal records workflow status and supports coordination; a tracking entry alone does not establish shipment or delivery.

Payment obligations, cancellations, refunds, production commitments, and shipping arrangements are governed by the applicable business agreement. These terms do not replace those commercial terms.

Availability and account restrictions

Maintenance, security incidents, and external service interruptions may affect availability. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, address misuse, or reflect changes to an authorized business relationship. Contact us if you believe access was restricted in error.

Account suspension or deactivation does not automatically delete historical business or audit records. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is used, retained, and handled when you request deletion.

Responsibility and applicable rights

Each party remains responsible for its obligations under applicable law and its business agreements. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Address formats and region lists use address data from the Google libaddressinput project, licensed under CC BY 4.0. We reduced the data to the fields that the portal uses.

Updates

We will identify updates by changing the date above and communicate material changes through an appropriate service channel. Where required, we will request agreement to revised terms before they take effect. Publication alone does not mean that existing users have already accepted new contractual obligations.
